"What a superb hotel. I stayed here when I went to the Grand Prix at Silverstone and it proved to be an excellent base for the weekend. It’s a lovely old building with comfortable rooms furnished in a style which is in keeping with the period. The welcome on arrival was warm and personal and you feel as if you are a special guest in an old friend’s house."
